Gnome Tweak Tool 3.20 is available for Solus OS 1.2.1 repository. Actually, Gnome Tweak Tool is designed for Gnome desktop environment. But it supports Budgie (based on Gnome) as well.

Install Gnome Tweak Tool on Solus OS 1.2.1
